peggym: bumper suggestion
News to inform not persuade.
Semanik: TNS bumper sticker suggestion

ericthebarbaric:
I like "Own Your News". It would be even better if you added the New Standard web address somewhere on it.
lovekiki: love it
i like 3 and 4, particularly 3.
ricventura: Yo
4 without a doubt!
nganga1: bumper sticker
Don't rent yourself to the media, keep your mind commmercial free
aristides: number 5
I think that "own your news" is short and to the point
edgwize: #4 rules!
Definitely # 4. The others appeal to a younger audience, but # 4 will actually provoke some thought.
ReggieM:
I like FAIR's Slogan: "Don't Trust The Corporate Media".
"Non-Corporate, No Commercials"
"Who Owns Your News?"
"Not Corporate Toadies"
Otherwise, number 4.
Brian Dominick: Address will be included
Our domain (web address) will be included on the bumper sticker -- or one that is catchier that leads to our front page.
Rexbeck:
I like 2 and 5...short and pithy...
DNAtsol: preferences
I'm a fan of #4. It's actually very similar to the masthead I gave my own personal newspaper home page
If not these, how about
The NewStandard, the new standard (web address) or Life is about balance, read The NewStandard
My 2 cents DNATSOL
admiral: Truthiness
I like, "I Know Some Things You Don't Know"
or, "'Truthiness' Sucks!"
or, "News: Pure and Unfiltered"
or, "Unadulterated News"
or, "Keep Your Company Out of My Head"
Anonymous fan: How about...
A play on "for sale" signs you often see on cars: "My media is not for sale."
chingyehchen:
I like #2 and #4, #2 makes you curious; #4 makes you think.
Darryl Hamson: Bumper Sticker vote
I think #4 is the best -- it invites a thoughtful response.
RadRobin:
Hmmm. I would use:
The Truth Will Set You Free!
Since Americans seem so in love with 'freedom' and all....
admiral: On that note,...
On that note, how about, "Freedom from the Press"?
leftist: 2 cents
Corporate Media Represents Who??? Not You!!!
Semanik:
Most are good, but too wordy: a bumper sticker has even tigheter requirements as a billboard: it's gotta' be VERY short and comprehensible at 70 mph. Another suggestion:
NEWS--NOT VIEWS NewStandard.com
puquerda: 4 iz good
Or imagine Zack de la Rocha screaming
"No More Lies" newstandardnews.net
p1d1s1: Suggestion
Information, Not Indoctrination
Eric Patton:
2 is smarmy, 1 is bland, 4 sounds like one of those Christian knock-offs of mainstream ad slogans, 5 is confusing.
I like the idea behind 3, but it's too wordy. Instead, I recommend "Screw corporate media." It's abrasive, and working-class people will love it.
jamielejeune: Nothing beats #3
#3 is by far my favorite. But, since I don't (and never plan to) own a car, I wonder do you have any plans for a bike (or helmet) sized sticker?
abielefisher:
#4 is memorable and to the point without sounding preachy or pedantic.
zombie1334:
#4 seems to me to be the best.
nkarres: The shorter...
I agree shorter is better. Personally I like Patton's modified #3 "Screw Corporate Media." Probably should be come in two flavors for different folks: nice and abrasive, and pensive and poignant. And another vote for bike stickers... screw corporate media and screw cars even more.
wickramasekera: #4 Variation
4. THE NEWS I TRUST ISN'T OWNED BY CORPORATIONS
Maybe a variation of #4?
The New Standard: News untouched by corporate funds
