In a statement, the six-member Change to Win Coalition announced that its executive board elected Anna Berger as chair and Edgar Romney as treasurer of the organization.

Romney is the Executive Vice President of Unite, the laundry and garment workers wing of Unite Here. Berger presently serves as International Secretary-Treasurer of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU).

In addition to Unite Here and SEIU, Change to Win is comprised of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, United Food and Commercial Workers, Laborers International Union of North America, and the International Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners. All but the Carpenters union also belong to the AFL-CIO.
